Wesley Network sits at the heart of Quarryville, a small southern Lancaster County town, where three congregations share ministry, staff, and a common mission of "Know, Grow, Go." The network includes Wesley Main, Crossing Jordan, and La Cosecha, all within a few miles of one another, and together they form one family offering traditional, contemporary, and bilingual expressions of worship.
Three Campuses in Southern Lancaster County
The Wesley Network brings together three distinct congregations under a single leadership team and a common set of ministries. Wesley Main meets at 1104 Kirkwood Pike, Quarryville, Pennsylvania, and serves as the hub of the network, hosting the contemporary Sunday service, Sunday school, and most of the weekday programming. Crossing Jordan meets at 7 Wesley Road, Quarryville, and offers a traditional early service alongside a mid-morning adult Bible study and a blended late-morning service. La Cosecha shares the Kirkwood Pike building with Wesley Main and provides a Spanish and English bilingual service each Sunday morning.

Sunday Mornings Across the Network
Each campus offers its own Sunday schedule, and worshipers are free to move between them. At Crossing Jordan the day begins with an 8:00 AM traditional service, continues with a 9:30 AM Adult GROW Bible Study hour, and concludes with an 11:00 AM blended service. At Wesley Main the contemporary service starts at 9:30 AM, with Sunday school for all ages meeting at the same time. At La Cosecha the bilingual service begins at 11:15 AM, with Sunday school for children and students meeting alongside the adults.
All three services are livestreamed through separate streams for Wesley Main, Crossing Jordan, and La Cosecha. Online giving is available through the network's giving portal.
La Cosecha: Worship in Spanish and English
La Cosecha grew out of the network's desire to serve Spanish-speaking families in southern Lancaster County. "Cada fin de semana estás invitado a acompañarnos en nuestros servicios en español y inglés a las 11:00," the church explains, inviting visitors to join the weekly service where "Celebraremos a Dios cantándole, aprenderemos lecciones prácticas estudiando la Biblia y conectaremos los unos con los otros." The service features contemporary music and practical Bible teaching led by Lead Pastor Richie Nazario, with separate, age-appropriate spaces for children and students.
Crossing Jordan: Stepping into a New Season
Crossing Jordan is the network's newest ministry. Drawing its name from the biblical account of the Israelites crossing the Jordan River into the Promised Land (Joshua 3), the ministry is built to help people "navigate life's transitions and breakthroughs, trusting God to lead you into new seasons of growth, purpose, and victory." The campus offers a traditional morning service for those who prefer a more liturgical style, an adult Bible study hour between services, and a blended late-morning service that brings together traditional and contemporary elements.
What the Network Believes
The Wesley Network's statement of faith centers on the Bible as "God's Word without error," breathed out by God through human authors "guided by the Holy Spirit." The thirty-nine books of the Old Testament and twenty-seven books of the New Testament are equally inspired, and the Bible is the source of absolute truth.
The network affirms God as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, one God in three co-equal and co-eternal persons. Jesus is the eternal Son of God, conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of a virgin, who lived a sinless life, healed the sick, was crucified, died, was buried, rose again, and ascended to heaven. He now mediates between God and humanity and will one day return.
The Holy Spirit indwells every believer at salvation, gives spiritual gifts, convicts of sin, produces fruit in the life of the believer, and seals each one for the day Christ returns.
Salvation is described as a free gift from God, received by grace through faith in Christ alone, and eternal. Water baptism is a sacrament instituted by Christ that signifies union with Him in His death, burial, and resurrection and one's membership with God's new covenant people. Holy Communion remembers Christ's death, symbolizes the New Covenant, points to the family of God gathered at His table, and looks forward to His coming banquet. The Church universal includes all believers past, present, and future; local congregations like the Wesley Network are smaller gatherings within that universal body, charged with equipping believers for works of service and reaching the world with the gospel.
First Watch Morning Prayer and the Tuesday Community Meal
Two weekly rhythms shape the Wesley Main campus. First Watch Morning Prayer gathers on Mondays at 7:00 AM for an hour of prayer. The Community Meal is served on Tuesday evenings at 5:00 PM, with the kitchen often sending leftovers home with those in need. Both are open to anyone in the community.
Children, Youth, and Young Adults
Children in first through fifth grade begin the Wesley Main service with their parents for praise and worship, then are dismissed to their classroom with Kari Griest, the Director of Children's Ministry. Children in kindergarten and younger go directly to their classrooms. Parents check children in at the station upon arrival. Heritage Girls and Trail Life troops offer scouting-style programs that complement the children's ministry.
Wesley Youth, led by Director of Youth Ministry Nathaniel Lacy, is built around Bible, community, and fun. "Wesley Youth is a safe environment where we value Bible, Community, and Fun to inspire and equip teens to know Jesus, grow in Jesus, and go in His Name!" says Lacy, who has served as youth pastor for seven years. The ministry requires a parent or guardian registration each school year, runs small groups, and welcomes student questions. Lacy has compiled an ongoing list of Bible-grounded answers to common teen questions, and students may submit their own. A team of small-group leaders supports middle school and high school students by grade and gender.
Young Adults ministry offers a parallel gathering for post-high-school men and women.
Women's, Men's, and Family Ministries
Women's Ministry at Wesley includes themed events, a Knit and Crochet group, Wise Women of Wesley for widows, Women Empowering Women, Coffee Connect, support groups, and a New Babies Ministry. The New Babies Ministry partners with the Meal Ministry to deliver short-term meals to families with newborns. Men of Wesley gathers around Bible study and fellowship, and the Meal Ministry itself supports families through births, deaths, illness, surgery, job loss, and home transitions.
Military and First Responders
The Military and First Responders Ministry supports active-duty service members, veterans, and fourteen local fire and police departments. The ministry sends care packages and Christmas cards to deployed service members at the request of their families, supplies cases of water to first responder departments in the summer, and bakes cookies and candy for them at Christmas. It backs Warriors on the Water, the Veterans' Carnival at the fairgrounds, and Wreaths Across America with both money and volunteers. A May flower sale and a Christmas bazaar table, with handmade items, Bibles, daily devotionals, and veteran resources, raise funds for the ministry. The group meets monthly from March through December.
Congregational Care
The Congregational Care ministry aims to be "the heart, hands and voice of Jesus in people's lives." Director Beth Foss oversees four areas: the Meal Ministry, Card Ministry, Prayer Ministry, and Visitation. Volunteers deliver meals in times of need, send encouraging notes to those who are sick or grieving, pray for members and their loved ones, and visit those who can no longer attend church events.
Missions Near and Far
The Wesley Network partners with a wide circle of missionaries and ministries. Local partners include Solid Rock Quarryville, Biblical Ministries Worldwide, Black Rock Retreat, Cornerstone Reproductive Health, Crossroads Haiti, Solanco Neighborhood Ministries, Serve Now, Por Que No Tu, Joy-El, Sports X Change, The Oaks, Young Life Lancaster County, New Hope Counseling Center, ICCM, the Malachi Network, A-Team, City Gate Ministries, and Impact Missions. International partners include World Gospel Mission in Mexico, the Layman family, the Moore family with Wycliffe, the Buffington family through Legacy of Hope, and missionary Joy Phillips.
Staff and Leadership
The Wesley Network is led by Lead Pastor Blake Deibler, with Executive Pastor Rich Stevenson. Richie Nazario serves as Lead Pastor of La Cosecha, and Bryce Wendler as Lead Pastor of Colerain. Beth Foss directs Congregational Care, Kari Griest directs Children's Ministry, and Nathaniel Lacy directs Youth Ministry. Tyler Williams serves as Director of Worship, with Derik Deibler as Worship and Technical Director.
Connecting Throughout the Week
Small groups meet throughout the area as a way to grow spiritually and build relationships. The Wesley Weekly newsletter keeps the network informed of upcoming events, and visitors can use the contact form to schedule a visit, join a small group, volunteer, speak with a pastor, or request a wedding, funeral, or building use. Annual Bible reading plans walk the congregation through books of the Bible across the calendar year.
