Catechesis Hour
Between the two morning Masses, the parish gathers at 10:15 a.m. for Catechesis Hour. Borrowing from C. S. Lewis's observation that "all education is for the formation of our loves," the hour-long class works through the Anglican Catechism. All ages are welcome, though the class is designed specifically for adults. The curriculum moves through three traditional pillars of Christian doctrine: the Apostles' Creed (Theology), the Lord's Prayer (Liturgy), and the Ten Commandments (Morality). The goal is to grow in the knowledge of the Son of God and to learn how to love Him in return through obedience, justice, and charity toward others.
Wednesday Family Night and Weekly Bible Studies
Wednesday is the parish's midweek anchor. Family Night begins at 5:30 p.m. with a weekday Mass and continues with teaching and shared time. Home Groups on Thursday Evenings

Serving Arlington: Food, Diapers, and Rescue Hill
Outreach is woven into the rhythm of the parish. The Mobile Food Bank and Mobile Food Pantry bring food directly into the community on a regular monthly schedule, and the Diaper Bank collects diapers for local families. Every fall the parish hosts a Chili Cook-off in partnership with the Arlington Police Department, with all proceeds going to Rescue Hill, a local charity that provides care for survivors of human trafficking. The cook-off includes a Touch-a-Truck component with APD cruisers, a K9 unit, drones, and fire trucks, a silent auction, a hot dog stand, and chili teams competing for the title of Best Chili.
Books & Beverages and Theology on Tap
Adult fellowship takes shape around a few recurring gatherings. Books & Beverages is a monthly book club that meets in the evening to discuss a chosen title. Theology on Tap is an occasional forum for adults to wrestle with questions of faith, often in a relaxed setting off campus. The Great Commandment is the call to love God with all the heart, soul, and mind and to love one's neighbor as oneself. For St. Peter & St. Paul, this love flows from God Himself and is expressed first in corporate worship, then in daily life. The Great Commission is the work of making disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey all that Christ has commanded. The Great Tradition is the heritage that roots the parish in the faith once delivered to the saints: the Scriptures, the Apostles' and Nicene Creeds, the Catechism, the Liturgy and Sacraments, and the spiritual disciplines and doctrine that form Christian virtue across the centuries.
